Something else

Before there's a baby, there's a body getting ready.

You were told the pain is just part of it. That the leaking settles on its own. That your body is simply different now.

Some of that is true. Most of it isn't.

Wherever you are right now.

Care doesn't begin at a due date. It begins before, carries through, and keeps going long after. Find yourself on this line.

01 — Before

Trying to conceive

Before there's a baby, there's a body getting ready.

PCOS, hormonal balance, understanding your cycle, and what the reports actually mean. For both of you.

02 — During

Pregnancy

Most of what you're feeling is normal. Some of it is fixable.

Back pain, pelvic girdle pain, breathlessness, sleep. Safe movement for each trimester, taught properly.

Pregnancy Wellness Series →

03 — Birth

Birth preparation

You can prepare for this.

Labour positions, breathing, pain management, and what a C-section recovery actually looks like.

Lamaze & birth prep →

04 — After

Postpartum

The part nobody prepares you for.

Core and pelvic floor recovery, diastasis, scar care, feeding, and the days that feel harder than the birth did.

Dr. Reema Ranka, physiotherapist

I've been on both sides of this.

I'm a physiotherapist, and I'm a mother. I know what the textbooks say about the fourth trimester, and I know what it actually feels like at three in the morning.

Fifteen thousand women later, the thing I'm most certain of is this: most of what frightens you about pregnancy is either normal, or fixable, and almost nobody tells you which is which.

That's why the programmes are small — five to twenty women at a time. You get answers to your questions, not a broadcast.

Trained where the research is

APTA certified in the USA. Pelvic floor specialisation in the UK. The protocols are the current ones, not what was taught a decade ago.

Fifteen thousand women

Across pre-conception, all three trimesters, birth preparation and postpartum recovery — including the cases that had already been told nothing could be done.

Small groups, real answers

Five to twenty women per programme. Your questions get answered in the room, by the physiotherapist, not by a broadcast or a chatbot.
